HOW ARE WE DELIVERING?

PACKING
On the evening before the delivery date, we are packing your fresh Macarons carefully and handing them to our courier.
As our Macarons are always fresh and as we never freeze them - packing them in the evening before the delivery allows us to offer you the freshest Macarons possible.

Right after that, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from us, and you will be able to track your package.

TRANSPORT
After being picked up in the evening, your package is getting transported overnight to the relevant local facility in Germany, and then getting loaded on the local delivery vehicle in the early morning.
On hot weather days, we are adding a cooling aid to the package, to keep the Macarons from overheating on the way.

DELIVERY
After being packed just a few hours earlier - the package is already by your door!
As a standard, all of our deliveries are scheduled to be delivered until 12:00 PM.
Please make sure someone will be available to receive the fresh Macarons.

In case of a failed delivery attempt, the package will be handed to a neighbor and you will get notified with the details, so you can pick it up later.
